Kid Fitness Classes
Do your kids like to move ALL the time? Can’t seem to sit still….. Let them come workout with PEAK Fitness Training and get their energy in check. Work on fitness, cardio, right and left brain training. Your child will benefit from better concentration in school, improved hand and eye coordination, posture, and increased metabolism.
Adult and Kids Classes
Do you want to have quality time with your child? At PEAK Fitness training we offer classes for you and your child at the same time. Activities are modified to match parent’s abilities and the kids abilities so that each will get the most from their workout. Come try a FREE class.
Yoga For Kids
The bustling pace of our children’s lives can have a profound effect on their innate joy – and usually not for the better. We have found that yoga can help counter these pressures. Children learn techniques for self-health and relaxation. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness.
1 day/wk = $30.00 per month
2 days/wk = $50.00 per month
